In the past I have suggested to users to get help with using Outlook.com from Microsoft.
This comes from Flying Blind. More of a direct hookup.
Microsoft is looking pretty good in the accessibility department these days. Smile.
Microsoft Support invites you to "Get help for using a screen reader with Outlook on the web and Outlook.com:"

No, they won't. Just pretend you never upgraded and you'll get along just fine.
If you get to bogged down with what is new and stop doing what you know, you'll find it harder to learn the new things.
I know that is odd to say, but many have had a problem when they get uptight thinking they need to relearn.

Anytime. If you need help these boards, and me should do you.
I'd not worry much over it. You know how to use Windows, so just continue with that.
